Planning and Design Services include:.

Stormwater quality management plans
Flood impact investigation studies
Feasibility studies
Sewerage and water reticulation hydraulic analysis
Road, water, sewer, bulk earthworks and stormwater civil design and drafting
Construction Stage Services include:
Preparation of bill of quantities
Preparation and calling of competitive tender to preferred supplier list
Collation and analysis of tender submission
Preparation and administration of construction contracts
Site services including supervision
Preparation of 'On-maintenance' and 'Off-maintenance' documentation
Preparation of 'As constructed' and ADAC drawings for submission to the local government authority
Liaison with Service Authorities and other consultants
Accredited Certifier for Unitywater’s Accreditation and Certification system:
On 1 July 2017, Unitywater commenced an Accreditation and Certification (A&C) system for the development industry. Hendriks/House is accredited and registered to assess connections applications and to certify that engineering designs and constructed assets are compliant with the relevant connections approval requirements and prescribed standards.
